REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In this Refund and Cancelation Policy, “us”, “our”, and “we” shall mean Aqua Funds Consulting FZCO (“AquaFutures”).

Refunds Post-Purchase

Customers have the ability to “try before you buy” as noted above, allowing the customer to fullyexperience and understand what to expect prior to purchasing a AquaFutures Product. Trading credentials will be emailed to the Customer once a purchase occurs on the AquaFutures website. All sales are final after the Customer initiates any trading activity using the applicable credentials. A trading activity includes but is not limited to, placing trades, opening positions, or utilizing market data.

Refunds

At the sole discretion of AquaFutures, any refunds issued to customers are subject to a non-recoverable deduction of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If a refund is approved by AquaFutures, seventy-five dollars ($75.00) will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon completion. Refunds will only be considered if the Customer does not initiate trading activity.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is the trader’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, together with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into the trader’s contract with us for the purchase of AquaFutures Evaluations. By placing an order for the purchase of any AquaFutures Evaluation, the trader indicates they have read this Refund Policy and they agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. If trader does not agree with or fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy, trader is prohibited from placing an order with AquaFutures. Chargebacks

Trader expressly agrees not to make any chargeback claims on any payments made to AquaFutures, whether by way of credit card or any other payment channel, without first contacting AquaFutures. In any such situation, trader expressly agrees to provide AquaFutures with full details relating to the intended chargeback claim. If trader makes a chargeback claim, AquaFutures shall at all times be entitled to suspend any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts that trader may hold and suspend the payments of any profit split payments from such accounts to trader. If trader makes a chargeback claim, AquaFutures shall be entitled to recover from trader any amounts paid by AquaFutures to trader in respect of any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts trader may hold, including but not limited to any and all profit split payments. If trader makes a chargeback claim whether successful or not, trader expressly agrees to pay for all costs incurred by AquaFutures in respect of defending such chargeback claims, including but not limited to all legal fees.

Account Cancellation

Cancellation Process: To initiate cancellation of your account with AquaFutures, you must submit a written request via email to support@aquafutures.io. Your cancellation request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of the email.

Post-Cancellation Access: Upon cancellation, your access to all AquaFutures services, platforms, and resources will be terminated immediately.

Right to Terminate

AquaFutures retains the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate and deactivate traders’ accounts in the event of any breaches of the Terms of Use or violations of this Refund Policy, as well as any terms included herein or any terms incorporated by reference in relation to the agreements with AquaFutures. Such termination may result in the closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds and balances contained within those accounts, and may also include potential prohibitions from accessing services offered by AquaFutures and its affiliates. Disputes

All disputes relating to this policy are governed by the dispute procedures set forth in the AquaFutures Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference herein.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By shopping with AquaFutures, trader agrees to abide by this Refund Policy.
